The application prompts the user to gather essential data, ask the right questions, take statements from the injured worker as well as withnesses, write notes regarding the scene of the accident, take visual recordings of the area, and convert the report to a pdf. file. Additional functions such as e-signature and audio recordings are also available within the application.
